BEAUNE

Red wines harvested in the center and of highly-rated south of the territory of Beaune are tannic and powerful; their color is generally bored, and their aromas are at at the same time animal and fruity (bays). Those harvested in the North are of a less intense dress and present a beautiful flexibility.

The whites are flexible, fat, with a good acidity which looks to them of the relief.
