BOURGOGNE HAUTES-CÔTES DE NUITSRegional naming of the vineyard of the High Coast, in Côte-d'Or. The substratum is identical to that of the coast, but the superficial trainings are very thin, even not-existing. The argilo-calcareous grounds result from the change of limestones and from the marls of the substratum. Red wines and rosés, pinot noir grape variety.
