CHABLIS

Of a big transparency, Chablis are fresh, light and fruity. The first vintage wines present a wide aromatic palette established essentially by cool fruits, by white flowers and by dried fruits after three or four years in bottle. The mineral aromas are also one of the characteristics common to the various naming of Chablis.

Blanchot, Bougros, Les Clos, Grenouilles, Preuses, Valmur, Vaudésir.
