Wines of Chambolle are above all models of elegance and sharpness: of an averagely colored dress, they release voluminous aromas of raspberry, crystallized strawberry, violet, undergrowth.
Their body is marked by the fine tannins associated with the softness. Little acid, they are imperative(lead) by them fleshy. The first vintage wines make appreciate a stronger concentration and often more firmness.
