FIXIN


Fixin is generally very colored wines. Their structure is mostly in tannic dominant. Endowed with a good acidity, they present a solidity and a skeleton which make it wines with a good aging capacity. Their aromas are animal, even savages (fur, musk) to which the pinot always brings its typicité of red and black bays (black currant, cherry, blackberry).
