LOUPIAC
Situated on the right bank of the Garonne, in 40 km from Bordeaux, the hillsides of the commune of Loupiac offers to the vineyard the best conditions of development. The vineyard, planted only on hillsides and trays, holds only what is necessary for its development, so facilitating the concentration of the grapes which it produces. The nature gives here the tone resumed by the wine growers: facilitate the quality on the quantity. Morning fogs quickly dissipated by the heat, facilitate the appearance of Botrytis Cinerea, natural film which develops on the outside of beads and activates the "surmaturation" of the fruit. More flexible and fruitier than the syrupy of Sauternes and Barsac, the LOUPIAC is quite in nuances, aromatic, smooth, wines with aging capacity.
