RUINART


Ruinart, dean of the houses of champagne, was based in 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart among whom the uncle, Dom Ruinart, was a friend of dom Pérignon. In spite of its absorption by Moët and Chandon in 1963, Ruinart appears to enjoy a certain autonomy, contrary to the other houses of the group LVMH. His(her,its) wines are in the former(ancient), with intense flaveurs, and the accent is put on the chardonnay a big part(party) of which comes from vineyards of the house. The White of Whites (grape of the Mountain of Reims and the Coast(Rib) of the Whites) is particularly advisable.
