SAINT - AUBIN

The most considered, white wines, really belong to the family of big Bourgogne: slightly green pale gold; bouquet associating the green almond, the marzipan (where almond paste), the bees-wax, evolving for ripe wines towards the cinnamon, the amber and a touch of pepper; flavours dominated by the softness; harmony in the sharpness and the élégence.

Red wines, well colored have a revealing typical nose of cream of black currant and black cherry, complementing itself then with a light leather aroma. In mouth, young wines offer a fleshy set, because the acidity is very discreet. Their evolution makes them soft, delicious in the flexibility, rich in the aromas of mouth and obstinacy
