SAINT ROMAIN

White wines, of a light yellow dress dressed in green, release a rather strong bouquet, typified white flowers, breads burned out, ripe yellow fruits (cherry plum) and light honey when they enough evolved. They offer in mouth a liveliness which the time weakens by revealing a good softness.

Red wines present a color of average intensity; their aromas reveal of the cherry the sharp middle, some currant, the bud of black currant. They evolve later towards the smoked and the soaked fruits. A little bit severe in their youth, they need a little of time to shade off a tannin and one acidity very present, and to acquire an elegant and firm body.
