SAVIGNY LES BEAUNE

Wines of Savigny have an intensity of average color. Their elegant, rather powerful bouquet, marked by a dominant Morello cherry, black currant, raspberry evolving towards the strawberry and under wood after some years. Supple, discreetly tanique and, little acid, they present a light and loose structure, which gives them a feminine image. The first one more obust vintage wines, do not miss either a character, or a power; they require a aging.

White wines of Savigny are rather lively; their softness appears during their evolution to give harmonious and solid wines. Their aromas are similar to exotic fruits (pineapple, banana), in the Golden Delicious apple, in flowers of hawthorns, in the hazelnut.
