Anne Gros

Abandoning his literary studies in 1984 Anne Gros was fully invested in the field, first with his father and then alone since 1995.

In recent years, the global success has come, rightly reward the work of this remarkable vineyard, after one of the oldest families on the coast and has the chance to own a high homogeneous field.

Each of these wines comes from a parcel in one piece and, in the village of Chambolle-Musigny and Vosne-Romanee, close to the finest wines. Its grand cru vineyards are among the oldest (1904 Clos de Vougeot) and give a very concentrated juice that makes wine with remarkable precision.

His style rather austere young wine, made ​​unanimously by its classicism, and obviously the wines are built for long aging.
