Amiot-Servelle Christian and Elisabeth Amiot lovingly hold this area, located mostly in the best Premier Cru Chambolle, with a small extension in the Clos de Vougeot neighbor. For the cultivation of the vine, the area was first adopted reasoned treatments before going to an organic viticulture frankly, and the wines have gained in precision and depth. They had used several years of aging to express itself fully. In recent vintages, they speak fast enough, but the clos-de-Vougeot, of course, without losing their quality of life.
