Canon

Like Rauvan-Ségla, Canon is for the Wertheimer family (owner of Chanel). Well located, the castle went through a dark period in the years ninety, due to pollution of the winery.

The energetic John Kolasa, who managed the property, decided to rebuild and restore the buildings gradually state vineyards, half of which was torn up and replanted in the last ten years. Effort of paying: the latest vintages led Canon in the lead pack early.
