Chandon de Briailles
Family property since 1834, the estate is currently managed by Count Countess Aymard-Claude de Nicolay and their children. The winemaking here is very traditional, with a high proportion of whole grapes for red wines and a very moderate use of new oak barrels.
This results in wines that are sometimes confusing in their youth and do not show very expressive for a few years in the cellar. however, their aging and gives thanks while they display all the complexity of large floral and elegant pinots.
