Modest and hardworking, Jean-François Coche-Dury, now assisted by his son, has avoided the traps set by the worldwide success. No matter if its wines snapped the four corners of the planet and are trading at astronomical prices at auction, he continues to work tirelessly and vineyards to follow his winemaking with the greatest attention.
