Dom Pérignon

If the legend was the Benedictine monk Pierre Perignon (1638-1715) the father of champagne, LVMH has a lather image to perfection. Moët et Chandon product under that mark since 1936, the most famous sparkling mean global celebration, success, seduction. Its ethereal effervescence, his finesse of texture, taste delicious toasted can be interpreted, as the balance between the elegance of Chardonnay (about 60%) and the depth of the great pinot noir origins. Quality grapes are indeed necessary to achieve the regular style of champagne. High technology is just as wine. Dom Perignon is often drunk too young, while its flavors become more refined with age.
