Dujac

Through Seysses Jacques and son Jeremy, Dujac the field is always faithful to a type of Black Pinot marked by the wine grape whole.

The resulting wine has a color that rarely sustained, but it maintains and deepens even aging. But mostly whole grapes exalt the fineness of the unique aromatic grape variety, although in a very young wine, tannin and a plant is not rigid.

The very long aging (thirty years or more) does full justice to their development with the emergence of tertiary bouquets often sublime.
