Egly-Ouriet For three generations, the family was able to build a Egly rare heritage vines Ambonnay with 10 acres of Grand Cru of the 12 area in the heart of the land, and always without departing from old vines, including the parcel of Crayères (60 years of age). Francis Egly rents hydromorphy chalk from his village, working vineyards, harvest later, all vinified in oak barrels and malolactic fermentation locks (since 1999) to retain more freshness. The range is truly masterful balance between the maturity of the grape and its mineral expression.
