Faiveley

The strength of this property, ideally situated beside the church of Saint-Jean Erwan Faiveley has taken over from his father in early 2005 and applies since a quiet revolution. In 2006, he hired Bernard Herve, former CEO of Bouchard, who had raised his house.

The style of wine has not changed much. Solidly built around a dense but austere, they are poorly colored fruit with a discreet but honest, which only appears after aging longer or shorter depending on the soil. It was not until the 2006 to see a marked improvement in the quality of woodlands that were once a little green and involved - a little too much - the reputation of austerity of the estate wines.
