Haut-Bailly
Cultivating a personal style but terribly endearing, this property was acquired in 1998 by the American banker Robert Wilmers, offers a wine of unmistakable honesty and a class apart.
Veronica Sanders, who manages daily with lots of care, produces a red wine supremely balanced and harmonious, respecting the customs of Bordeaux. The soil of Falun (iron gravel on dirt) gives her a bouquet of cherries and a very seductive flesh velvet unparalleled in the town. It is difficult to find a single average year: all with an inimitable style long and slender, parviennet excellence. Fans hurried, careful though: parfoit austere in its youth, Haut-Bailly is revealed until a few years.
