Jacques-Frédéric Mugnier

A family business established in 1863 at the Château de Chambolle-Musigny Burgundy. Area planted exclusively with Pinot Noir in an area of ​​14 hectares divided into different climates, and on Chambolle Premeaux. The last three harvest at Domaine Jacques Frederic Mugnier were very different from previous ones. Since 1 November 2003, the field has expanded from 4-14 hectares. Clos de la Marschallin, wholly owned by the family since the 1920s is back in operation at the end of a tenancy that has lasted 53 years.
Clos de la Marschallin is the largest closed the Gold Coast that belongs to one family. It is located in the town of Premeaux, at the southern boundary of the appellation Nuits Saint Georges.
