Jean Grivot

Grivot Etienne is one of the most perfectionist wine of the Côtes de Nuits. Fully aware of the value of his work, yet he recovered each year in question to approach an ideal, which is also that of all the lovers of Burgundy wines.

His quest is like squaring the circle: how to balance depth of field and delicate in texture, fully ripe grapes and aromatic freshness, capacity for very long guard and opening up the bouquet.
