Gerard Perse has undertaken an enormous task to rehabilitate the vineyard after acquiring it in 1997. While located on a land full of exceptional side facing south, he was in very poor condition.

After a dark period in the late 1980s, the wine has won texture depth of flavor, especially in nettteté immediate definition of terroir.

Very different style of pre-1997 vintage, the wines have a sculptural body and fleshy, based on a grain tannins and a silky exceptional. This power is controversial, but the terroir, the best after that of Ausonius, refine his material with exceptional time and Pavia will emerge stronger than ever.
