White Bordeaux - 2000

White:
Meteorological data: soft Winter. Bloom and premature maturings. A summer altogether fresh, with the return of the heat at the end of August and until September. Good conditions of grape harvests.

State of the grape harvests:

Dates: from September 7th.
Abundance: strong return.

Quality: very healthy Grapes

General quality of the vintage wine: Goo. Fleshy wines, fat and aromatic. Good to keep.

Syrupy:
Meteorological data: rainy Climate in fine October, unfavourable to the development of the botrytis, and returning the delicate grape harvest.

State of the grape harvests:

Dates: from September 14th.
Abundance: very small harvest.

Quality: uneven. Dilution.

General quality of the vintage wine: average. Wines which suffer, altogether, meteorological bad conditions. Thanks to severe selections, some beautiful success however.
